Dear parents,

Compliments of the season to you and your families!

We appreciate God for the successful completion of this term. We do not take his grace in the affairs of the school in this academic term for granted. We cannot, but also, thank you parents for your immense contribution to this success in one way or the other.

We have just completed the writing of the second term exams, which is also Mock for the SS 3 and JS 3. We appeal to all the children to keep studying their books. They can also be engaged in any trade or skill that could be of benefits to them during the holidays. The school encourages them to do this. The SS 3 and JS 3 really need to prepare well for their external examinations that are coming up very soon.

Extension: Because of the external examinations coming up, the SS 3 and JS 3 will be staying back in school for an intensive coaching from Tuesday, 24th March, 2026. Daily resumption time will be 8 a.m. 

The third term of this academic session would commence on Monday, 20th April, 2026 in line with the State calendar. Boarders are expected to resume on Saturday, 18th from 10 am to 4pm. The JS 3 and SS 3 will not have to go home after the extension. So, please, prepare for them to that effect.

Results: The students can check their results on the result portal on the 13th of April, 2026. The result must be printed and a copy submitted to their class teachers and house parents (for boarders). The instruction of checking the result is on the scratch card.

Notes: Online notes will also be posted on the school website on the 4th of April. Students are expected to write the first two weeks of the notes. Follow the instruction attached by the teacher (whether to write in their notes or to print and spiral bind).   

Full or part school fees should be paid within the first two weeks of resumption. Defaulters will not have the privilege to be in school if don’t follow this policy. We pray for God’s financial provision for you.

The date for the school’s graduation/prize-giving and the launching of the E-Model Magazine will be announced later but it is going to be in July, 2026.
