Dear esteemed Parents,

Compliments of the season to you and your families! Thankfully to God, we have successfully completed the term, and 2023/2024 academic session. Thank you so much for your cooperation.

We congratulate you all on this year graduation and the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the school. God actually gave us many wonderful gifts to commemorate the anniversary.

According to the State Government, the holidays start from 29th July to (Tuesday) 17th September, 2024. Monday, 16th September happens to be a public holiday for the Id el Maulud. Boarding house students are to resume on Sat., 14th September from 10am to 4pm. The tentative term calendar is included in the same page with school fees. Please, go through it and digest the information.

Please, note that payment of school fees must be within two weeks of resumption. No boarder will be allowed into the hostel without payment.

Extension – in our usual culture, the SS 1 students (going to SS2) and SS 2 Students (going to SS3) shall have their extension classes from Monday 5th to Friday 30th August, 2024. The students who wish to stay in the hostel for the period of the extension can do so at the cost of #25,000.00. Classes will start at 8am daily.

Summer Classes – summer classes will also be available for the students from Monday 5th to Friday, 30th August, 2024. Incoming JS 1, JS 2, JS 3, incoming SS 1 are welcomed to participate. The fee is #20,000. Students who also wish to stay in the hostel for that period can do so. The cost of staying in the hostel is #25,000.00. Classes will start at 8am daily.

Junior NECO results – The results of the junior NECO came out just this week. The result was also good. This year, we have less number of students with parallel “As” compared to last year when we had 11 students. We thank God, all the same!

GCE – the SS 3 students will begin the GCE (Private) sometimes in October. They should really prepare towards it. It is usually a demanding period. Registration will commence when they come back for extension. The registration fee is #30,000.00. The centre is in the school.

Punctuality – during the normal school session, the students are expected to be punctual to school daily. Resumption time is 7.20am. Lateness is not allowed. They must also be punctual to all school activities.

Checking of result/Online notes – checking of results is on 2nd August, while online notes would be available by 9th August. Please, make sure a copy of the result is submitted at resumption.

NB: the management wishes to reiterate that the only exam officially approved to be written by SS2 (when going to SS3) is the GCE (Private). Any student that writes any other exam does it at their own will and the school will not take responsibility for any breach in the student’s normal school academic activities.
